Full registration fee includes:
- Book of abstracts
- Participant’s packing (bag, program, notepad, pen)
- Welcome cocktail (September 15, Faculty of Agriculture)
- Two lunches (September 16 and 17, hotel "Crowne Plaza")
- Four coffee breaks (September 16 and 17, hotel "Crowne Plaza")
- Gala dinner in a restaurant (September 17)
- Field trip with a lunch (September 18)
- A copy of the Acta Horticulturae proceedings
Payment of the full registration fee allows to publish two articles in the Acta Horticulturae proceedings.

Student registration fee includes everything as the full registration fee, except a copy of Acta Horticulturae. A certificate confirming student status must be provided.

Accompanying person registration fee includes:

One-day registration fee 1 includes:
- Book of abstracts
- Participant’s packing (bag, program, notepad, pen)
- Lunch with a drink (one day, 16th or 17th of September, hotel "Crowne Plaza")
- Two coffee breaks (one day, 16th or 17th of September, hotel "Crowne Plaza")
- A copy of the Acta Horticulturae proceedings
Payment of the one-day registration fee 1 allows to publish one article in the Acta Horticulturae proceedings.

One-day registration fee 2 includes everything as the one-day registration fee 1, except a publishing an article and a copy of Acta Horticulturae.

Additional fees for persons who pay one-day registration for the gala dinner (September 17) and the field trip (September 18) is 50 € each.

Cancelation policy
Cancelation made before September 1 will be 50% refunded. Cancellation made after September 1 will not be refunded.

Notice: Please note all bank charges have to be paid by the participant and should be added to the total amount. Listed amounts of Registration fees have to be the net amounts on the account of the Faculty of Agriculture. If the paid net amount on the faculty’s account is less than necessary, participants will be required to pay the difference relating to bank charges.
